Now that we have all of the materials, these are the things you need to craft to reach 300 Blacksmithing. Some skills turn yellow before hitting the desired level and the numbers may be off by a point or two due to good/bad luck.

so you can get [Plans: Imperial Plate Bracers]

8 x [Imperial Plate Bracers] = 160 x [Thorium Bar] + 8 x [Star Ruby]

Blacksmithing 291-300

5 x [Thorium Helm] = 120 x [Thorium Bar] + 5 x [Star Ruby] + 20 x [Yellow Power Crystal]
OR
5 x [Thorium Boots] = 100 x [Thorium Bar] + 40 x [Rugged Leather] + 20 x [Green Power Crystal]
