Can’t move bars around lol

Use /bt in chat and uncheck Lock
Anyone having trouble moving bars just type /bt4 into chat window. This will display the options, click unlock in the top left and it’ll allow you to move bars.
XP bar completely disappeared. How do I fix this?

No built in xp bar, best bet is to use playerXP bar nice built in addon easily to use.
