Client Version: beta
Increases the default nameplate distance to 80 yards.
You can change the value yourself by typing: “/npdistance 60” where e.g 60 is the range you want. This allows easy switching of values between battlegrounds, leveling, etc. (If Blizzard doesn’t break this addon after beta I’ll make this automated)
If you don’t want to download the addon, you can also use this script: /run SetCVar(“nameplateMaxDistance”, 80)

its bugged atm
Blizzard made it impossible to increase nameplate distance during beta testing.
